For obtaining work permit in Ukraine according to the Ukrainian law following documents are required:
- Approval of the client about expenses for the State fee.
- Registration code of the Ukrainian company-employer.
- Notarial translation of the first page of the foreigner (employee).
- Personal tax number (TIN). Please find the list of needed documents for TIN and checklist for the lawyer.
- Photo 3.5×4.5.
- Position for the employment of the foreigner.
- Period of time of employment of the foreigner.
- Draft of the labor contract between Ukrainian company-employer and foreign employee (may be drafted by lawyers of the Zilver law company): signature of director and seal of the company on each page of the draft of the labor agreement.
- Scan of the Diploma (if needed): it is not applicable for IT-specialist.
- Application of the Ukrainian company-employer (will be drafted by lawyers of the Zilver law company).
- Power of attorney of the Ukrainian company-employer (will be drafted by lawyers of the Zilver law company).
- Is temporary residence permit for the foreign employee needed?
