- Honesty
We are honest with the client about the prospects of the case. Only when the client confirms that the expected results of our work are clear and acceptable to the client, do we start work.
The method chosen to achieve the objective, and therefore the result, depends on the degree of honesty of the client and our understanding of the case.
- Predictability
We inform our clients not only about the prospects of the case, but also about the financial and time costs involved. As a result, our services may sometimes seem expensive, but what is important to us is not the number of clients we have, but the quality of our relationship with them, which is based, among other things, on respect for their interests.
- Openness and transparency
We are prepared to show all our work, project costs, time spent and the reasons for decisions taken.
The greater the openness and transparency of the client-lawyer relationship, the easier and faster the parties will understand each other and the more likely they will achieve their goals.
- Friendship
We value the team very much because we spend a lot of time together, even in remote working conditions.
Relationships with clients can also become friendly, which does not prevent you from doing your job and getting positive emotions from communicating both on work matters and outside of work matters and meetings.
- Quality guarantee.
It is difficult to insure against the occurrence of warranty cases, although we are always vigilant. If necessary, we correct errors and try to come to an understanding with the customer.
- Every work must be paid
We respect the work and qualifications of other professionals, and we expect the same attitude towards us. Services are provided on a paid basis. The only exceptions are texts published free of charge on the Website, responses to selective comments on the Website and assistance to charitable organizations with which we have contracts.
We do not consider any appeals with questions such as “advise”, “how is it done?”, “we are a charity fund/volunteers/good people/your fans” to be constructive and will not be considered.
- Privacy
Most of our employees are lawyers, and therefore the confidentiality of the information received is not only a personal attitude towards the information entrusted to us, but also a professional duty to protect the lawyer’s secret. As a result, all data concerning transactions, business plans, financial results of clients, as well as personal questions of friends and acquaintances who have asked for help, are stored in accordance with current requirements and means.
