The “ZILVER” Law Firm is a multidisciplinary law firm, which can be useful for companies and citizens, residents and non-residents, public organisations and government bodies. Founded in 2012, the company has partnerships with law firms in the EU, Switzerland, CIS countries, USA and Asia. Our team consists of attorneys and lawyers who have not yet received a certificate to practice law. We speak Ukrainian, Russian, English and German.

In the “Memos” section, “ZILVER” Law Firm publishes legal advices, free sample documents (statements of claim, contracts, etc.) and checklists for clients and lawyers. The checklists for clients contain a list of data that it is advisable to prepare before contacting a lawyer. Checklists for lawyers, on the other hand, are designed to streamline the work of lawyers.

What is the best way to seek legal help?
The best way is to make a written request, stating the circumstances of the case and the question or problem. You can send a request by e-mail or by using the messengers indicated in the “Contacts” section. After receiving the request, we can clarify some data, after which we issue an invoice and start working.
It is possible to clarify the terms of cooperation by phone, but telephone consultations are NOT provided.
Can "ZILVER" Law Firm help with an international project?
Yes, the knowledge of English and German languages, as well as significant experience in international projects, allows our lawyers to effectively solve problems in the field of international corporate, tax and family law, as well as to organise defence in foreign and international courts.
Does "ZILVER" law firm help start-ups?
Yes, we work a lot with start-up’s: we advise and help to register a company in Ukraine or abroad, develop the necessary packages of documents (contracts, public offers, regulations for a website/application) and help to legally organise the company’s work.
Where can I find the list of clients, whom the “ZILVER” Law Firm helped?
It is ZILVER’s policy not to publish the names of our clients. Moreover, some of them are protected by attorney-client privilege. We may publish the names of clients only after getting their consent, or if the client itself publishes information about our work. We do not publish the names of the people we have helped, as far as they are protected by personal data and attorneys’ regulations. Where appropriate, we may ask for references from clients who have been helped with similar issues.
