History of the company
The Zilver Law Firm was established in 2012 and provided a wide range of legal services.
In 2021, on the basis of an existing company, the lawyers established the Attorneys’ Association “Modus Zilver”, with the aim of separating the provision of attorneys’ services into a separate legal structure, as required by the then new legislation on the legal profession.

Among the wide range of legal services we provide, it is worth mentioning the following: legal advice, registration of companies and legal support to business (including on the terms of retainer/outsourcing), drafting or review of contracts, protection of interests in court, defence during inspections, etc. A more detailed list of our services can be found in the “Services” section under the link.
Our office is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. We also have partner offices in other cities of Ukraine. If necessary, our lawyers travel to other regions and countries to participate in negotiations, court hearings, investigations, legal support of real estate transactions, etc.
We work solely in the interests of our clients. We always clarify the ultimate goal that our client (principal) wishes to achieve. Zilver’ lawyers always recommend the most optimal way to reach results. When we start working on a new project, our lawyers always immerse themselves in it, trying to understand the project from the inside so that the results of our legal work will help our clients in the best possible way. We are therefore always open and honest with our clients about the prospects, costs, deadlines and actions required. At the same time, we always work in a team of at least 2 lawyers, which allows us to achieve better results and eliminate the personal factor in our work.

Our team includes both experienced lawyers and paralegals, which allows us to effectively solve the assigned problems. The experience of our employees in the field of law ranges from 1 to 20 years.

Our Clients
Clients of Zilver Law Firm include domestic and foreign companies, investors, citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens and stateless persons, international organizations and their employees, public organizations and charitable foundations, NGOs and government officials.

Pricing Policy
The cost of legal services is always transparent and agreed with the client before work begins. The fee schedules are as follows:
- fixed fee per month;
- hourly rate (differentiated by the hourly rate of a partner, senior lawyer and associate);
- payment for each stage (project).
The client may choose the more convenient fee structure for each project. We offer several options for determining the cost of legal services and recommend the most favorable terms of cooperation in order to maintain a balance between your and our interests.
Participation in international associations
The Zilver Law Firm is a member of the Law association firms and lawyers in Europe.
In November 2023 the Zilver Law Firm became an associated partner of the Schindhelm Alliance (international alliance of legal and tax consultants).
In the course of many years of work we have established and verified a partnership network with lawyers from other countries (e.g. Germany, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Cyprus, Portugal, the USA and Asian countries).
