1. Read the Public Offer Agreement and the Terms of Use of the Website.
2. Select the Document you are interested in.
3. Make sure that you have selected the language version of the document that interests you.
4. Fill out an application.
5. Check all the check boxes to confirm that you have read the relevant terms and conditions.
6. Make payment.
7. Make sure you receive the document you are interested in.
8. In case of misunderstandings, contact the Contractor by writing an email to the Email address specified in the “Contacts” section of the Public Offer Agreement or the “Contacts” section of the Website.
