A company with foreign investment approached us regarding obtaining a temporary residence permit in Ukraine for a foreign national — the company’s director.

In practice, a non-standard difficulty arose: the work permit had been issued for a period of more than one year, yet most insurance companies offering this type of coverage refused to issue a policy for a foreign national for such an extended term.

Result: The foreign national obtained a temporary residence permit in Ukraine and can now work without restrictions on the length of stay in the country (within the validity period of the permit).
