For obtaining the temporary residence permit in Ukraine based on the work permit Ukrainian lawyer shall perform the following:
- Get documents and data according the list.
- If necessary and applicable give the client recommendations about:
- Insurance.
- Apartment lease and registration of the place of living in Ukraine.
- Draft the application (obligation) on behalf of the employer (company).
- Coordinate the time and place of application (with online-scheduling).
- Escort client to the Ukrainian Migration office or “TSNAP”.
- In 15 days after application to escort client to Migration office or “TSNAP” for obtaining temporary residence permit in Ukraine.
- Apply the place of living of the foreigner in Ukraine or notify the clients about his/her obligation to apply the address of living in Ukraine.
- Report to the chef.
- Schedule the prolongation of the temporary residence permit in Ukraine.
