Write-off of loan debt

Charitable foundation registration

Change of LLC address
Our lawyers prepared all the necessary documents and provided advice on the procedure for changing the registered address of an LLC registered in the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region. As a result, the registered address of the Ukrainian LLC was changed to an address in Kyiv.

Our lawyers advised and assisted in gathering and preparing the necessary documents to formalise the sale of a Ukrainian LLC to a foreign investor. As a result, the deal was completed: the company has new owners and new management.
