Polish consulting company Tax Benefit Sp. z o.o. and the Ukrainian law firm Zilver held a joint webinar on the topic “Doing business in Poland and Ukraine: differences and challenges for EU companies.”
The speakers were:
– Mr. Michal Murawski (Tax Benefit Sp. z o.o.), who spoke about the peculiarities of taxation of exports and imports of goods to/from Poland, the specifics of VAT on supplies and many important tax aspects of doing business in Poland.
– Mr. Yevgen Zarudnyev (Zilver Law Firm), who spoke about the legal aspects of establishing and running a business in Ukraine for foreign investors and holdings.
