As we have already mentioned, if the director cannot resign from the LLC due to the fact that the shareholders of the LLC do not hold a general meeting, the only way out is to declare the termination of the employment relationship between the director and the LLC in court and to ask the court to oblige the Ministry of Justice to cancel the corresponding record of the head of the legal entity.
As a result, the case can be considered closed only after the corresponding record on the head of the LLC is cancelled.
