A fairly common situation is when a director cannot resign from a company whose founders have left the company and do not respond to the director’s requests for dismissal or at least for initiation of the liquidation procedure of the company.

In such a case, the director has only one option – to file a lawsuit in court to have the employment relationship declared terminated and to submit the relevant information to the Unified State Register.

Our lawyers achieved the desired result in such a case: the Shevchenkovsky District Court in Kyiv made a decision in case No. 761/11740/22, which satisfied the director’s demands to dismiss him.
