As we have previously published, on 8 September 2023 the Obolonsky District Court of Kiev ruled in favour of our client, partially satisfying the claims: the advance payment was recovered (less the cost of insurance), 3% per annum and inflation charges.
However, the defendant disagreed with the decision and appealed.
Our lawyers prepared all the necessary documents and submitted them to the appeal court, proving that the decision of the trial court was legal and should not be changed.
The Kiev Appeal Court issued a decision on 16 January 2024, upholding the decision of the Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv without any changes.
The decision in favour of our client has come into force!
