After checking customs declarations and paid import duties and VAT, the Kyiv Customs Service of the State Customs Service issued tax notices-decisions, charging tax liabilities and fines to the Ukrainian importing company (for a total amount of almost UAH 800,000).
Disagreeing with the adopted tax notices-decisions, the importer turned to the Zilver law firm for the help in appealing the tax notices-decisions.
As a result of the legal work carried out, the lawyers managed to prove the rightness of their client: the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, by the decision in case No. 640/2106/21 dated 09/26/2022, declared the tax notices-decisions illegal and canceled them.
