At the client’s request, our lawyers prepared a divorce petition, which was filed in court.
After the Desnyansky District Court of Kyiv opened proceedings, the plaintiff changed her mind and decided not to pursue a divorce.
Since the court had not yet issued a decision on the case, a corresponding petition was prepared and filed. As a result, the court ruled that the claim was dismissed without consideration.
This means the marriage has not been dissolved, and if either spouse decides to file a similar lawsuit, they can always do so.
