If you are not a citizen of Ukraine (foreigner) and have decided to buy an apartment (other real estate) in Kyiv / Ukraine, lawyers will need the following data and documents to prepare for the deal:

If the apartment is purchased by an individual:
1. Scan of your passport.
2. Place of residence (if not indicated in the passport).
3. The presence of an individual tax number (“TIN“) in Ukraine.
4. Availability of a residence permit in Ukraine (temporary or permanent).
5. The ownership of other real estate or corporate rights in Ukraine.
6. Are you married?
If the apartment is purchased for a legal entity:
1. Registration code of the legal entity.
2. Scan of the Charter or “Inventory”.
3. Availability of a corporate agreement.
Address of the purchased apartment (other real estate).
Existence of debt for utility payments for an apartment (other real estate) in Kyiv / Ukraine.
Seller details:
1. For a legal entity:
  1. Name.
  2. Registration code of the legal entity
  3. Scan of the Charter or “Inventory”.
2. For an individual:
  1. Full name.
  2. An individual tax number (“RNOKPP”).
  3. Being married or not.
Terms of purchasing an apartment (other real estate) in Kyiv / Ukraine:
1. Cash or cashless.
2. Payment currency.
3. Advance payment.
4. Payment by installments or credit.
5. Mortgage.
Purposes of purchasing an apartment (other real estate) in Kyiv / Ukraine:
1. Personal use.
2. Lease.
3. Sale.
