The debtor has violated the terms of refund of the debt.

By the Decision dated January 31, 2023 in case No. 755/11707/22 of the Dneprovsky District Court of Kyiv the claim was satisfied, the defendant has to recover the amount of the debt in foreign currency, as well as penalties in foreign currency.
