Such company shall have a license for providing the services for employment abroad within Ukraine.
The following is required for obtaining the license (for employment):
- have an office in Ukraine (specify the data on ownership, lease / sublease, etc.).
- determine the countries, where the employment will be performed.
- conclude a contract with a foreign employer or intermediary (in this case, a contract between the foreign intermediary and the foreign employer is required).
- Title documents from foreigners (extracts, articles of association, etc.).
- Foreigner employment license (if required pursuant to the legislation of that country).
- A copy of a collective agreement between the foreigner and trade union (if any, or a certificate confirming that it is not available).
