Please note that the Ukrainian legislations does not require the execution of the contract between Customer and the Executor. However the bank of the IT-developer may ask it, moreover the contract may be useful for the lawyers if dispute arises.

Приймання-передачі / Transfer: Оплата Послуг у відповідності до інвойсу свідчить про факт відсутності у Замовника претензій щодо наданих Послуг / Payment for the Services in accordance with the terms of the invoice indicates the fact that the Customer has no claims regarding the Services provided.
