A non-resident founder of an LLC in the agricultural sector decided to increase the company’s authorized capital. Our lawyers prepared a resolution for the sole shareholder to increase the authorized capital. After some time had passed and the founder had contributed part of the planned amount, our lawyers supported the approval and registration of the amendments. As a result, the LLC’s authorized capital increased by more than UAH 2 million.
