ICACs are special tribunals run by chambers of commerce and industry, designed to resolve disputes between companies located in different countries. There are different rules for resolving disputes, and the parties are free to choose their arbitrators and the applicable law. In any case, if the enforcement of the decision of the ICAC or a foreign court takes place on the territory of Ukraine, such a decision is subject to recognition by the Ukrainian court, and only after recognition it is transferred to the enforcement service.
