Our lawyers successfully represented a logistics company in a commercial dispute concerning debt collection under a contract. After analysing the case materials and negotiating with the other party, our lawyers agreed on the terms of the reconciliation and drew up a settlement agreement. This was approved by the Kyiv Commercial Court on 31 July 2025.
