Attorney Inc., legal entity registered and acting under laws of the Switzerland, duly represented by director Attorney, Inc. acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”,
hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” or, individually, as “Party”,
herewith confirm the following:
- During the period from XXXX till XXXXX the Executive performed following legal services, in Kyiv (Ukraine):
- Drafting the contract with the IT-developer.
- Incorporation of the company (LLC) in Ukraine.
- Registering Representative office in Ukraine,
- Tax consultation.
- Drafting of the labor contract with the CEO.
- The Client certifies that services have been performed of good quality and within agreed time period.
- The Client does not have any claims concerning performed services.
- This Act is made in English in two copies, both copies being equally valid, one copy for each Party.
- This Act is an internal part of the Contract.
