Having disagreed with the decision of the Odessa District Administrative Court of 23 October 2023, to recover only part of the average earnings for the entire period of delay in payment, the lawyers filed an appeal. We wrote about this decision here.
Based on the results of the consideration of the case in the appeal court, a decision was made, which, among other things, increased the average earnings during the delay in the calculation of the dismissal to 342,575.45 UAH.
