In a case won by our lawyers in the court of first instance regarding the division of joint property of spouses, the opponent in the case filed an appeal against the court decision.
And based on the results of the consideration of the case No. 369/9530/20, the Kiev Court of Appeal issued a ruling, which left the decision of the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky District Court of the Kyiv Region unchanged.
