Attorney-at-law Alla Sagirova and lawyer Liudmila Denchenko won the litigation case in the District Administrative Court of Kiev: the court found the decision of the Ukrainian Migration office about cancelation of the immigration permit illegal. The foreigner may stay in Ukraine.
