Kyiv Customs House issued 5 records about violation of the customs rules while importing goods. Cases we examined by Solomianskyi district court in Kyiv city.
Atoorneys of the Attorneys association “Modus Zilver” defended the CEO of the importer in the court.
As a result, the court closed 5 administrative cases (760/33006/21, 760/33007/21, 760/33009/21, 760/33010/21, 760/33011/21). Director is not liable for violation of customs rules.
The Customs appealed the decisions. Attorneys are waiting for proceedings in the Kyiv appeal court.
