The Kyiv customs issued 2 reports against the director of the Ukrainian importing company for violation of customs rules (part 1 of article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine) in terms of underestimating the cost of imported goods.
The lawyers did the necessary work (they got acquainted with the cases in court, prepared and filed their objections, additions to the objections, copies of all necessary documents).
As a result, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv, by two decisions dated October 14th, 2022, closed administrative cases No. 760/5044/22 and No. 760/5045/22 due to the absence of an administrative offense.
