Our attorneys defended the CEO of the Ukrainian importer in the Kyiv appeal court in the case against the Kyiv Customs Office with subject violation of customs rules.
The Kyiv appeal court with the decree in the case Nr. 760/24005/21 upheld the decision of the Solomyansky district court Kyiv dated 24th of September 2022, which closed the case because of the absence of corpus delicti.
