After our attorneys won the case No. 760/5045/22 in the Solomyansky district court of Kyiv the Custom House filed a petition for appeal. By the decision of the Kyiv appeal court dated 4th of November 2022 the petition for appeal was returned to the Custom House.
The client of the Attorneys association “Modus Zilver” was relieved from administrative sanctions for violation of customs rules.
