Won a case on alimony

Modus Zilver lawyers helped the father of a minor child in a case on collecting alimony from the mother, who lives separately from the child. As a result, by the court decision of December 26, 2024 of the Desnyansky District Court of Kyiv and the ruling of April 01, 2025 of the Kyiv Court of Appeal in case No. 754/14853/24, the claim for the collection of alimony from the mother of the minor child was satisfied.
