Our lawyers assisted clients in completing the purchase and sale of corporate rights in a Ukrainian LLC without the physical presence of either the seller or the buyer. First, the lawyers prepared draft powers of attorney and instructed the clients on the procedure for executing the power of attorney (including abroad), after which they prepared the necessary document drafts and facilitated the re-registration of the shares in the LLC.
