According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the foreigners, who have made investments in the amount of 100,000 US dollars in the economy of Ukraine, can obtain a permit for permanent residence in Ukraine (also: “residence permit”, hereinafter referred to as the residence permit).
Obtaining a residence permit includes 3 stages: registration of a company/ conclusion of an agreement (contract) on investment activity, obtaining an immigration permit and obtaining a residence permit.
