The law firm Zilver is looking for “Lawyer” with a good knowledge of English.
The requirements:
- Experience 0-5 years;
- Experience in corporate, tax, labor and financial law is an advantage;
- Attorney’s certificate is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English (B1 or B2), and German is an advantage.
Subject of work: legal support of Ukrainian offices/branches of foreign/international companies, cooperation with foreign lawyers, corporate law, M&A, offshore, tax law, labor law, contracts etc.
