The law firm Zilver is looking for “Lawyer” or “Senior lawyer” with a good knowledge of English.
The requirements:
- Experience at least 3 years;
- Experience in corporate, tax, labor and financial law;
- Attorney’s certificate is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2), and German is an advantage.
Subject of work: legal support of Ukrainian offices/branches of foreign/international companies, cooperation with foreign lawyers, corporate law, M&A, offshore, tax law, labor law, contracts etc.
