Lawyers from the Zilver Law Company have developed a public agreement (link is here) (according to the Art. 633 of the Civil code of Ukraine) for the DailyTop application.
This application allows both visitors and cafes, bars, restaurants to earn money: visitors can post in the application and receive royalties for this, and cafes, bars can public advertisements and increase their sales.
The public agreement is intended to regulate the relationship between the DailyTop application, visitors and cafes, bars, incl. payment terms, intellectual property rights, compliance with advertising legislation.
Since the public contract is addressed to visitors and cafes, bars, it is a so-called mixed contract and is quite complex in its design. Our lawyers did it: non-standard contracts are what we love and do professionally.
