Special regulations for Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions
With regard to enforced by Ukraine special regulations for Crimea, Donets and Luhansk oblast, we issued several recommendations for Ukrainians. Such recommendations are hardly possible to be useful for non-residents of Ukraine, therefore we do not publish them in English or German.
The main point foreign companies have to know about Ukrainian subsidiaries placed in Crimea, Donets and Luhansk oblast is that any amendments to the charter, as well as appointment of new director, any share deals may be performed only after such company changes its registration address to the territory, controlled by Ukrainian government.
