Our lawyers defended the interests of the defendant in a case where the claimant attempted to recover damages from our client caused by a traffic accident.
Thanks to the professional work of our legal team, the case was closed: the claim was dismissed. The reason for this decision was that the claimant had already filed a similar lawsuit against our client and lost. However, in the new claim, the terminology was modified, and the claimant attempted to prove that the new case had a different legal nature.
After carefully reviewing the new claims and comparing them with those that had already been considered and rejected by the court, the Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv ruled to close the case.
Result: no money was recovered from the client.
