Our lawyers participated in the webinar “Solutions for Open Banking API Providers and Consumers from Open API Hub”. Open Banking will be developed in Ukraine according to the NBU’s concept, as well as in other countries of the world. It is important for our lawyers not only to know the legal basis of Open Banking, but also to understand the technical basis and consumer characteristics of the product in general.
