The State Labor Service (Market Supervision Department) conducted an inspection of non-food products (forklifts) from our clients. As a result of the joint work of lawyers and the company’s team, no violations were found in the inspection results.
We would like to remind you that according to the Law of Ukraine “On State Market Supervision and Control of Non-Food Production”, the fine for not allowing inspectors to inspect amounts to 10,000 of the non-taxable minimum income of citizens (as of September 2025 – 170,000 UAH).
Correct legal documentation for machinery and equipment, as well as professional actions during inspections, will help avoid fines and negative consequences for the company.
