In the Kyiv region an accident involving a car of the mission of one of the international organizations happen, as a result of which two cars were damaged. Police officers issued a report on an administrative protocol under Article 124 of the Code of Administrative Offenses against both drivers.
During the court procedure in case No. 370/939/22 attorneys of the Attornyes’ association “Modus Zilver”:
- sent several attorney requests to various authorities in order to collect the necessary evidence;
- conducted interviews of road accident witnesses;
- submitted a petition to the court for the questioning of witnesses;
- submitted a petition to the court to appoint an expert opinion
- provided a number of explanations, including regarding the client’s legal immunity as an employee of an international organization.
According to the results of the work of the lawyers of the Makariv District Court of the Kyiv Region by resolution dated 03.24.2023, the proceedings in the case of bringing to administrative responsibility were closed on the basis of Clause 1, Part 1, Art. 247 of the Code of Administrative Offenses due to the absence of the event and composition of the administrative offense.
