At the request of the client, the lawyers of the Modus Zilver Law Firm prepared and filed a statement of claim to the Commercial Court of Kyiv for the recovery of debt from the counterparty. The total amount of claim, including so called “3% per annum”, inflation, penalties amounted to UAH 1,923,710.80.
After the opening of the court procedure, the parties to the dispute decided to conclude a settlement agreement.Lawyers have prepared a draft settlement agreement.
The Commercial Court of Kyiv, by its ruling from December 1st, 2022 in case No. 910/10508/22, approved the amicable agreement between the parties on repayment of the debt in the amount of UAH 1,518,053. 04 kop.
