After the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv delivered a judgement from 10th of June 2022 in the case No. 760/29408/21 about imposition of penalty for violation of custome rules (part 1, article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine) on the client of Zilver law firm, – CEO of the Ukrainian importer of goods, – our layers immediately appealed this judgement.
The Kiev Court of Appeal agreed with argumentation of attorney Y. Zarudnyev and attorney L. Demchenko and by its judgement from 25th of July 2022 canceled the judgement of Solomensky District Court of Kyiv, as well as closed the proceedings against the director of Ukrainian importer.
