Our client, an enterprise, was sued by a former employee who sought reinstatement and payment of various compensations.

Attempts to resolve the dispute amicably were unsuccessful. At the first court hearing, the plaintiff refused the judge’s proposal to conclude a settlement agreement.

The court proceedings were preceded by extensive work by our lawyers and the client’s team: evidence was gathered, procedural motions were filed, and detailed written explanations were prepared and submitted to the court.

The court carefully heard both parties and the witness, thoroughly examined all evidence, and after two hearings delivered a judgment fully dismissing the plaintiff’s claims.

The case has been won. At the same time, both our lawyers and the client are fully prepared for a possible appeal.
