The State Customs Service did not agree with the decision District Administrative Court of Kyiv in a dispute with a client of the attorneys association “Modus Zilver” regarding the determination of the cost of imported goods and accrued customs duties and filed an appeal.
The lawyers prepared and filed their response to the appeal.
Based on the results of the consideration of the case, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal issued a decision, in which refused to satisfy the appeal of the customs, and left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged.
