Lawyers of the Attorneys association “Modus Zilver” succeeded in refusing to satisfy the property claims of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in the Zhytomyr region in the amount of more than 800 thousand UAH. and the Office of the Executive Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine in the Zhytomyr region in the amount of more than UAH 1.7 million, lodged in a bankruptcy case against the debtor enterprise.
The Tax Service tried to recover the amount of tax arrears, and the Social Insurance Fund – the capitalization of payments for individual insured persons.
Taking into account the circumstances and grounds for the lodging of claims in the case the court issued a ruling on May 2, 2023, with which refused to satisfy the property claims.
