In accordance with the Art. 3 and Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Use of Payment Transactions Registers in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services’, РTRs shall be used in a mandatory manner if payments are made in cash or using electronic payment instruments, and in case of cashless payments no РTRs are required to be used.

However, in order to delay the performance of a contractual obligation or to terminate a contract (referring to the “force majeure” circumstances), several conditions shall be observed:

1) check the availability and content of the force majeure provisions in the contract / agreement;

2) confirm the fact and the period of existence of any type of the force majeure circumstances by the conclusions (certificates) of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the region.

3) inform the counterparty of the existence of the force majeure and report the consequences of the force majeure.

2. determine the countries, where the employment will be performed. 
3. conclude a contract with a foreign employer or intermediary (in this case, a contract between the foreign intermediary and the foreign employer is required). 
4. Title documents from foreigners (extracts, articles of association, etc.). 
5. Foreigner employment license (if required pursuant to the legislation of that country).
6. A copy of a collective agreement between the foreigner and trade union (if any, or a certificate confirming that it is not available).

With regard to enforced by Ukraine special regulations for Crimea, Donets and Luhansk oblast, we issued several recommendations for Ukrainians. Such recommendations are hardly possible to be useful for non-residents of Ukraine, therefore we do not publish them in English or German.
